Mirror continued walking, but something wasn't right: he felt the presence of someone following him, who scared him even more.

But, immediately after that sensation, Taki tapped his head only for landing further in distance. The infected was angry, and Mirror didn't like that. At all.
"W-WAAAH! S-STAY AWAY!" he shouted, tripping on his feet, still shivering in fear.
"So this is how it ends." luckily, this thought wasn't correct. A voice illuminated the hope of Mirror: the voice of Javolt, who started charging towards the Dewott.

"Wobbuffet get down!" the Manectric shouted at the Psychic type. Mirror didn't disobeyed at the Electric type at all. With newly founded forces, he jumped away, looking with glee at the policemon, who appearead as an hero for the poor Cyan Pokemon.

"W-watch out sir! I-I will help in anything I can!" Mirror said, slowly standing up.

The Inspector growls deeply, strings of saliva oozing down his black gums as he takes a thoroughly defensive stance in front of the Wobbuffet and bristles his faded blue and yellow fur.
The twisted scars across his body are signs of an impressive battle record but the toll of tracking down the Dewott has started to show on him.
The manectric pants for air, his chest rising and falling rapidly as he struggles to take breath. A trail of blood oozes down his barely healed hindleg as his wound is torn open.
"Taki." He says in a voice cold clear and calm as the air pressure inside the pokecenter suddenly starts to plummet.
The air begins to feel colder and the working lights flicker and dim as huge boiling thunderheads of storm clouds start to form around Javolt's mane. They spark with dozens of tiny offshoots of captured electricity that mimic the bold lightning now playing across each of the Manectric's teeth.
He keeps his head turned to the side to keep his one good eye focused on the Dewott. For all the lightning in his blood the water type was much faster than he was.

The Psychic type just didn't know what to say: first the Dewott started hunting them, and then he just surrended...it was obvious that he was fighting against the Infection, but Mirror just couldn't trust the poor Water Type anymore.
"Taki..." he frowned, still sweating from fear....and then, he just looked at Javolt: it was his choice to kill, save, or just simply arrest Taki.

He could just hope for the better thing.

Inspector Javolt in no way takes this confession to heart.
Still crouched low in an attack position and lips drawn back from his black gums in a vicious snarl he kicks loose a bit of twisted metal he hadn't used in barricading the pokecenter and grabs it in his teeth.
"Suspect Taki you stand accused of attempted murder." He says calmly, fully ready to rip the Dewott's throat out should he attempt any more violence.
"[color=#FFFF66]Turn in your weapons or risk the penalties inflicted by the iron rule of law.
If the Water-type did as commanded then Javolt would merely have to keep a close eye on him, the Manectric did not have the right of execution except under strenuous circumstances where another might be harmed. The police dog would rest much easier knowing that the Dewott was weapon-less if not helpless.
"Submit to imprisonment within the pokecenter and its environs and you will be provided with food and water as necessary. You have the right to remain silent but anything you say may be used against in such time as a court of law becomes viable."
A string of bright red blood still gleaming on his flanks the manectric looks down at Taki, his old eyes showing no flicker of mercy.
"If you attempt to run you will be cut down."

Mirror watched as Javolt captured Taki and informed him about his diricts: he would've wanted to say something to the Dewott for cheering him up, but he knew that it would've been useless. He just walked near the Manectric, asking:

"Where do you think you'll place him?"

Javolt growls at Taki, still very much ill at ease after the Dewott's attack. He can feel an unlawful aching in his jaws, ready to execute the water type on the spot for his crimes.
"Suspect Taki proceed to the holding cell." He barks, getting behind the Dewott and showing his black gums in irritation.
"You will be incarcerated in the refridgeration area until further notice. Food will be provided to you. Now march."
The Inspector snaps at Taki's legs to let him know it is time for them to get moving.

Mirror watched as Javolt took Taki away, for putting him into his jail. Shaking his head for paying attention, the Psychic type just slowly walked behind the Electric type, looking around with his head.

He felt pity for Taki, but he knew that he was just turning into a monster: this didn't help his depressing attitude very much.

Sighing, he just asked to Javolt, shaking a bit, both for respect and fear.

"W-when you'll f-finish with Taki...w-what are we going t-to do, sir?"

The recent events have put him on edge, if this had happened before his retirement the first thing he would have done is seek advice from his human handler.
Yet there were no comforting words of command to issue forth from the black radio stitched into his collar, only the faint static hiss of an open line with no-one at the other end.
His suspicions still raised by the Glaceon Meghdad's last words to him the Inspector discreetly examines Taki further through his Odour Sleuth.
The faint bitter mote of the infection he had smelled earlier on the dusty air of the pokecentre was strong on his light blue flesh, the patches of purple now plainly visible.
Underneath it however was still the succulent scent of Oran Berries, the blue juices of their insides used to not only cover up the marks but to cover the scent with them.
Javolt silently snarls, showing the black gums and bright white teeth of his powerful jaws to show his disapproval.
For how genuinely repentant of his actions the little Dewott is acting to disguise himself to infiltrate groups of living without detection was an act that required a calculating mind...

After the Manectric asked for his name, Mirror immediately stood in a military pose, answering:

"I-It's Mirror, sir!" he was still slightly sweating for fear, but he felt a little bit more secure with Taki in prison.

He sat, relaxing a little more, but he didn't let the guard down. He just looked around the room with his tail again, looking for something who probably wasn't even there.

"...From how long are you here, sir?" the Psychic types asks, willing to know the Manectric better.

"Mirror..." Javolt repeats, using another Odor Sleuth to register the unique gel scent of the Wobuffet's blue colored 'body'
The thick cloying scent of fear is clearly present in the Psychic Type and the Inspector can hardly blame him for it. Fear was the natural response to coming up against a purple furred criminal such as the Dewott now crudely secured in the refrigerator.
Although Javolt had no concept of it, reasoning that researching such criminal matters would make him a criminal himself, the chill of the refrigerator is actually slowing down the spread of the disease through the Dewott. He had chosen the cell because of the thick metal walls and the fact that criminals rarely tried anything when they were huddled up for warmth.
He rests his blue furred chin on his fore paws, icy blue eyes carefully watching the refrigerator as the last long strains of harmonica music filter through the thick metal door.
"I haven't been here that long. My beat...was around Sunnyshore originally. Got shipped off to Johto to enjoy the fresh air..." not feeling particularly talkative the Manectric then falls completely silent.

As Javolt answered Mirror's question, the Psychic type couldn't help but feel distant to the Electric type. This wasn't very odd, afterall: he was trained to attack, he was fearless...he was strong. Mirror was just able to protect the others, and he couldn't even do that well due to his scaredy nature.

He was about to talk, but then he hear music coming from Taki's cell. It was different from the other songs, though...it was almost...hypnotic.

Immediately after that, the Safeguard Shields that Mirror setted up activated, covering the two survivors.

"...W-what?" Mirror said, confused. "This shields only activate when someone uses a move that causes a status aliment! W-what's happening?"

Javolt yawns, resting his head comfortably on his paws and watching the metal refrigerator door with all the attention he could muster which was surprisingly not much.
He yawns again, showing a wide view of his white fangs and curls his pecha berry pink tongue.
The warm sunlight that filters in through the few spots he has yet to barricade falls on him and he rests in a bright spot of it.
The sunlight is so warm and relaxing on his fur he can't help but want to rest. He can feel the warmth bring with it happy memories of distant summers...
The mirror like psychic shield of the Safeguard leaps up around him and through its faintly rippled walls the golden light seems paler and far less soporific.
Instantly the Manectric is alert and irritated, rising to his feet and smashing the door with his paw.
It makes an ominous booming "thud"
"What are you playing at?!" The Manectric barks at his prisoner.

Mirror watched as Taki fell asleep, much probably due to the song he played...was...was he trying to get them to sleep? Why?

"Uh...I think he put himself to sleep, mister." the Psychic type said, turning towards Javolt.

"Are...are you taking away his harmonica?" Mirror slowly walked near Taki, taking the instrument from him. He looked at it: it was so shiny and pretty: it was silver, maybe?

"It sure is hypnotic like that song..."

Javolt growls deep in the back of his throat in irritation. He should have never been so lax as to trust Taki was secured.
Again he thumps the heavy metal door with a paw to find that the Wobuffet is accurate in saying the Dewott has indeed managed to put himself to sleep.
Fool...He thinks but he's thinking of both himself and Taki at the same time.
"By all means, he will be less dangerous without it." He tells the Wobuffet, opening the 'cell' door a fraction to allow the Psychic type to slip in.

"AH!" Mirror shouted, surprised by the sudden awake of Taki, who snapped away the harmonica and then crawled in a corner, menacing the shocked Psychic Type.

"I-I'm sorry! I-I won't d-do it anymore, I swear!" the Wobbuffet rushed behind the Manectric, leaving the jail. He had never been this close to an Infected before, and he hoped not to be ever again.

"M-mister Inspector, sir! C-close the door before i-it's too late!" the Patient Pokemon was shivering even harder then before, and he almost fell again to the floor: he didn't want to seem so helpless, but fear was just too strong to fight.

Javolt swiftly braces himself against the metal door as soon as he sees that Mirror's black tail is clear and slams it shut.
He hadn't really been expecting anything else from a Criminal but it had been worth a try, if to prevent the Psychic Type from objecting to Taki's confinement as much as to actually try to retrieve the human instrument.
The fridge door once again slams shut with an ominous loud booming thud.
His yellow tail standing up Lightning Rod straight the Manectric makes sure there is not way the Dewott has managed to slip past him before turning to the Wobuffet with a hint of a smile on his furry jaws.
"I take it the prisoner didn't feel like co-operating."

Mirror slightly smiled at those words, but he didn't really wanted to laugh: he was too scared for do such.

"I-I think we could go for--" Mirror stopped, as he heard some strange noises coming from Taki's cell: it was like a peck, but lighter.

"Do-do you hear it too mister? Maybe...it means something?" the Psychic type looked puzzled at the Manectric, wanting an answer: it was too suspect, as the noises followed a pattern, but he couldn't quite know what was happening.
