| History | Wildheart has never been owned by a trainer or any pony. Born wild in the tall grass of Unova's Route 7, he earned his name from his adamant nature and persistence which was evident early in his life. His time as a fowl is a distant memory far removed from the reality of a possible apocalypse. When asked, he will say they appear more like a dream than reality. He does recall an average childhood. Staying near his mother in the tall grass to avoid trainers and predators alike. Although speed is often his species' offense and defense, Wildheart has found he prefers staying to fight than running. It is his nature that has aided him in avoiding capture by pokemon trainers as Route 7 is far from devoid of a pony presence. Battles with trainers and other pokemon over resources has allowed him to level up and eventually evolve into a Zebstrika. It has also resulted in a number of scars ranging from a bite mark on his back right leg and several claw marks. The infection first entered his region after he was an adult. Many pokemon were being separated from their trainers once the virus was discovered, however, Wildheart has always lived in the wild and the only change he noticed from this is a decrease in the number of trainers entering Route 7 and an increase in wild pokemon, some not native to the region. Thinking nothing of this, as rumors swirled of pokemon coming back from the dead full of disease and hatred, the zebstrika continued his routine until his home as well was overrun by the virus. Everything within the once relatively peaceful area had become discolored and aggressive. More and more battles broke out, no longer were the battle spats where one scared off the other after a bit of battling, but they were vicious scenes resulting only in death of one or both parties. Several times or so, he found himself standing up to infected pokemon, but their growth was out of control. Chaos reigning, Wildheart fled from the forest, chased out by a small herd of infected pokemon. Hoping to find a land free of infected he fled to nearby lands, but if the places he found were not overrun with infected already, the peace they held never lasted long. Eventually as he continued to travel, he stopped coming across places that were not yet infected. It appeared that everywhere within the world had been taken over. It's no longer clear how far he has traveled. Wildheart is no longer sure if any place left is safe, but with no other options, he continues to travel looking. If nothing else, he wants to find other survivors. He fancies himself strong, but he's not foalish enough to believe he can take on all of the infected alone nor figure out how to stop its spread; a cure if there even is one... |
| Appearance | Wildheart has received a hoof full of scars over the course of his life from battles before and after the outbreak of the infection. They are the product of living in on one's own. Several chunks of his tail are also missing in a bite mark fashion. Overall, Wildheart is a bit bulkier than the average Zebstrika. In battle with another of his species, he would not be the fastest, however, this does not mean he is slow in comparison to all other species pokemon. Zebstrikas are made for speed. His bulk does afford him a bit more strength that matches well with his nature. |
| Personality | Wildheart is more likely to fight than run. His nature and characteristic support a raised attack which he uses to kick and shock his opponents. He distrusts people and the idea of being "owned" by one is not a thought he likes to entertain. However, when it comes to pokemon he is more trusting. The zebstrika realizes this plague is not something he can face alone and despite his lack of experience working as a team he is willing to learn to survive. Overall, he is a serious and confident pokemon. He prefers fighting to running, and is willing to fight when outnumbered, but he is not completely rash and hasty either. He values living to dying and if a retreat is truly required he will retreat. |

Why thank-you! I have been watching this forum for a while waiting for school to let out to allow me time to create a character and get started. I did draw it myself, digital art is a passion of mine. I have more of my work featured on my deviantart account of the same name as my username here. Ah! That was my mistake, I had been making a glameow character before deciding to change the species to a zebstrika. The error has been corrected.
