History
Aegis was revived in the Oreburgh Mueseum. The fossil he was revived from was incomplete, however, and he was reborn missing an eye, on the top of his head. As such, the scientists who created him used him for experimentation, replacing his eye with a Damp Rock, and teaching him the TM for Rain Dance. It was found that the intimate contact with the stone causes it to glow when the Kabuto is in the rain. While in the lab, the Scientists were never mean to Aegis, and he began to learn, and take an interest in what was happening around him. He never learned to read or write, of course, but he became learned in the ways of the world, in a short period of time.
When the Outbreak began, the scientists were forced to realease him into the world. Their parting gift was a King's Rock, perfect size for his head. With the stone on his head, Aegis walked (or.. crawled), and he swam. He looked for a new place for himself in the world, trying to know what to do with his life.
He had been told about the infection, bits and pieces, from the scientists, however, he wasn't prepared for when he met and infected Gabite. Aegis was relatively strong, but he hadn't been used to battle in a very, very long time. His only hope for escape was to make it rain, raising his speed. He attempted to use the sudden darkness and disorientation to escape, but his glowing eye gave his location away. Aegis managed to jump at the last second of the Gabite's tackle, landing smoothly on the creature's head. His pincers made quick work of the beast. Making use of the rain, he quikly scuttled away.
Finally he found himself near Sunnyshore, as he knew. He had studied maps with the scientists in Oreburgh. Swimming around Sunnyshore, he began to look for signs of approachable life.
After he got to Sunyshore, he met up with Krenari, the Vaporeon, Lucy, the Gorebyss, and Fin, the Finneon. Before long, they were attacked by an Undead Gyrados, and Wailord. After fighting them both together, Fin and Aegis both evolved.

Is slowly getting more used to battling again.
I'm gonna have him evolve soon, so hopefully he'll be able to battle. :3
