Khan had dashed off with Maxwell in his paws. "Khan!" He didn't appear to be listening. "Wait Khan!"Haze exclaimed as he chased after his friend. Haze followed Khan to the tree that Miss Mew created as a final resting place for Mister Genesect. Haze then saw his friend burying Maxwell's body with tears flowing from his eyes. Khan... Haze thought. He kneeled down beside him and helped him seal the grave, though it didn't seem like Khan noticed. Haze stood up, pulled out a leaf and played a song that his father taught him. May the Legends watch over him... he thought as he played. As Haze finished his prayer, Khan looked down. "I'm sorry." Haze held onto his arm. "I'm sorry, too."

Each hair on her creamy pelt was fluffed up making the cat look twice her size. It was getting harder and harder to breath with the imaginary rainbow flames smoke filling her lungs. Choking, she was choking? The lack of air was was swamping her head until it pounded. The sound of Shiloh's voice had become slowed down, low-pitched and almost.. demonic. No. Everything around her felt slow. Slow and heavy. "Sh-shi-loh?" Her voice was quivering too much to talk. Her paws were shaking too much on the ground, threatening to topple the cat back down to her side. Arsi stared into the Lopunnys eyes for support unsure if she was seeking physical or mental.

The world around her seemed to melt as colors blended and slid together. Those eyes. Those red eyes. They remained to form, glowing? with a darkness. Growing in size with the panic within the feline. They were.. dangerous. Danger! Arsi's heart crashed hard against her ribcage causing pain to well in her chest. "No no no no no no no no!" Tiny brown paws flailed about as she attempted to flee. To run. To escape. To go anywhere in this mixing bowl of a rainbow though, was impossible. She needed something, anything solid. There! Its brown/black form was fuzzy like static around the edges but the tree was still clear enough to recognize.

Her paws peddled against the ground in a scurry of claws and pads that made loud thumps and scratchy sounds on the dusty dirt. In a puff of dust Arsi launched her tiny body to and up the tree. The fire and lightening had stripped it off its foliage and blackened the bark until it had a sooty coating. The dark soot brushed off on her fur, contrasting hard against her light coloration. Her paws struggled to grip the bark as it fell away from the branch her was supported on. "No!" She cried down to Shiloh, "No air no." The branch cracked under her pathetic weight, unsure if it could offer support to the cat or not.

"I'm going to go and bury him." As the Lucario passed the duo, Shiloh hung her head, not wanting to see the body that the aura-reader held. "What is a bumble bramble?!" The question caught the Lopunny by surprise, gazing at the Meowth that looked at her for an answer. "I-I um... A bumble bramble is... um..." she struggled for an answer. What was a Bumble Bramble? "Sh-shi-loh?" The undead panicked a bit, fur fluffed up as she tried to figure out a reasonable answer. "A-Arsi don't worry, I'm here..." Reaching out her paws in an attempt to calm the feline down, the cat suddenly began to run. "No no no no no no no no!"

"A-Arsi! W-Wait! It's dangerous to go alone!" Shiloh shouts, worried as she stumbles onto her feet. Struggling to keep up with the seemingly crazy feline, the Lopunny watched as Arsi climbed up onto a tree, and found herself wondering if she could jump high enough to retrieve her. "No! No air no." The crack of the wood made the undead panic even more, looking around frantically for something, anything that could help her current situation. "A-Arsi, you have to get down!" she shouts, trying to climb the tree herself, but finding that her paws were not made to cling to the rough bark. "It's dangerous up there!"

Her head flung violently from side to side as her wide blue eyes stared at Shiloh with horror filling their gaze. "A-Arsi, you have to get down!" The voice in her head grew ever louder as it simply laughed Hahahahaaah! threatening to completely drown out the Lopunny. Her small fluffy paws touched the bark, "NO. Bad. Back. Bah!" Her lungs were screaming for a proper deep breath of air but instead they received small bursts filled with ash that was settled on the tree. "It's dangerous up there!" No. No! "Its dangerous in the bumble bramble. Don't do it!" Arsi's small brown paws hopped on the branch, her trembling body swaying slightly.

The cracking noise that came from her perch grew louder. "Its coming.." Crrtt. "Its coming!" The blackened branches angle changed as it began to come lose. "ITS- EEAAHH!" Her voice turned to a shriek. No longer could the branch support the cat upon it and the two toppled to the ground below. Normally, she'd of landed on her feet but not this time. With a hard thud Arsi smacked against the ground with the branch landing on her shoulder. The wind was knocked out of her and a small gasp escaped her muzzle as things went black. Shiloh's tall form was the last recognizable shape.

Its unsure to the cat if the blackout lasted only moments or minutes, but eventually her blue eyes opened up once again. "S-Shiloh?" She mumble weakly trying to regain her vision. Her body hurt from impact but was no worse for wear. Blinking the dazed feeling away she looked to the Lopunny, "What happened?" Slowly she got to shaky paws and trembling legs. The quivering of her body made her tag make a light tingling sound. With a soft glance Arsi saw how dirty her pelt was. Coated with dirt and ash she gave it a hard shake which caused a shower of participial to fall around her. The flecks make her sneeze.

"Its dangerous in the bumble bramble. Don't do it!" The Lopunny paused, unsure of what to make of the statement or how to reply. She still had absolutely no idea what a bumble bramble was, and didn't believe she would find out anytime soon. She looked up helplessly at the feline, shaking in fear that the Meowth would fall. The branch's crackles had grown louder, Shiloh's fears growing with every minute passed. "Its coming!" "A-Arsi?!" "ITS- EEAAHH!" As the branch finally gave way, the undead jumped into action. Rushing towards the area where the feline landed with a hard thud, the wood coming with her.

"A-ARSI! Oh Arceus, are you okay? Please tell me you're okay!" she shrieked, kneeling beside the cat. "S-Shiloh?" a tiny bit of relief had washed over the Lopunny. "Y-yes, it's me, Shiloh." she confirms, looking over the feline for any obvious injury. "What happened?" The rabbit sighed as the Meowth got back on her paws, the undead glad her companion was alright. "Um, well, you started shouting about a Bumble Bramble, fire, and no air and came sprinting towards here, where you climbed up the tree and fell along with this branch," she motioned towards the tree's limb, chips of bark litering the Earth. "A-Are you feeling okay?"

She thrust her head to the sides a few times in attempts to clear it off grogginess but this only furthered the disorientation. One brown paw gently rubbed her nose and made a sweep of her face to clear it off ash. "Um, well, you started shouting about a Bumble Bramble, fire, and no air and came sprinting towards here, where you climbed up the tree and fell along with this branch," Her paw slowly dropped back to the ground in confusion as she tried to understand what the Lopunny was saying. A Brumble Bramble? I haven't heard that name in so long.

"I uh.. a Bumble Bramble?" She didn't know what to say. The aching in the small cats head was less then enjoyable, she really didn't want to think too hard until it cleared. "A-Are you feeling okay?" She glanced at her pelt one more time, "Yeah, Im fine." The dust refused to let go of her creamy colored fur. "Just a bit dirty." Sitting lightly on her hunches the kitten tried to flick the dirt off with small paws. Tiny clouds puffed into the air but her fur still didn't glow with cleanliness like she wished. With a small sigh Arsi fell back to all fours. Now wasn't the time to wash no matter how much she wanted to.

Her blues eyes looked around but couldn't fine Khan or Haze. Her memory only goes back so far, Haze was in the house and Khan had ran off somewhere. "Maybe we should go back to Khan." She suggests with a small prick of worry. It didn't feel right being away from him, especially with this undead.

"I uh.. a Bumble Bramble?" the Lopunny shrugged, still completely confused and unsure on what the hell a 'bumble bramble' was. "Yeah, Im fine." Shiloh lets out a sigh of relief. "Thank Arceus, I thought you were hurt..." the normal-type smiles, standing up as she looked around the forest. "Maybe we should go back to Khan." she nods, looking back the way they came from. "We came from this way, so as long as we re-trace our steps a bit we'll be fine."

Beginning to walk towards the town again, she stopped suddenly, eyes frantically scanning her surroundings and fiddling her hands in anxious movements. She puts a finger to her lips, indicating to be silent, as she begins to tip-toe through the woodlands. "I hear them..." she mumbles, fear causing her legs to chake. "They're coming..."

    Pallet Town/Noon (61)

Khan stood with Haze next to Maxwell's grave for some time until he finally remembered that it was not just the two of them here; they'd left Arsi and Shiloh behind. "Come on." Khan spoke quietly as he managed to turn himself around. "Let's go back to the others." Despite his growing fatigue he moved quickly through the deserted streets, taking long, light strides. Something was making him feel nervous, but he couldn't figure out what. By the time the Lopunny and the Meowth were in sight again, Khan was feeling an incredible pressure; an urgent need to get away from there as soon as possible.

"I hear them...They're coming..." Shiloh whispered as he stopped just short of her. Raising his appendages, Khan immediately knew what she was talking about, and indeed why he was feeling so tense. The nearby auras were simply screaming danger, the intense feeling of pure dread stabbing at every instinct he owned as the red, pulsating auras drew closer. "All of you, go and find shelter," he spoke in a strained whisper as the pressure from the auras threatened to weaken his knees; he quickly lowered his appendages again. "I will deal with--"

It happened so quickly. The earth rumbled beneath their feet and the cluster of trees were flattened, simply snapped like twigs and discarded on the ground. A thunderous roar exploded from whatever undergrowth remained, and two pairs of furious, red eyes glared out of the darkness. The owners of the fiery pits of death finally emerged and Khan, rooted to the spot by terror, found himself and his group confronted by two undead Pokemon.

    Garchomp and Tyranitar.

As the two grotesque giants bellowed their delight of fresh meat, Khan was frozen to the spot. No... He knew how powerful these two Pokemon were, and combined they were almost impossible to defeat. Barely stopping to wonder how on earth these two had only just been detected, Khan managed to turn his head and scream, "RUN!" to his friends. He was no fool; he knew that he had no chance against both of these Pokemon on his own, but if he could just distract them while the others got to safety...

Screeching in a primal rage, the Garchomp was first to make its move. With half the flesh on its face missing, its stomach ripped open and a huge, open gash on its neck, it was a horrifying creature. It sped forward, its entire body glowing in a red light as it prepared a Dragon Rush, aiming straight for Shiloh. "Shiloh, move!" Khan cried, sprinting forward desperately, his hand glowing as he charged a Force Palm while, behind him, the Tyranitar began to charge a Hyper Beam.

((FIGHT! Gawd, this is going to be good. Your choice whether the attack hits, Lulu. Don't think that you can't decide what the enemies do - go nuts!))

CRASH! "RUN!" Haze could barely hear his friend yelling when the two monsters appeared. He ran past Arsi and Shiloh and ran into a house. Terrified, the Nuzleaf looked out the window to see if the giants followed him. Luckily, they didn't notice him run into the shelter. "Wait," Haze said. "Where's Shiloh?" Haze then heard Khan from outside. "Shiloh, move!" The Lopunny was in the sights of the blue monster. Without thinking Haze leaped out of the house and rushed over to Shiloh. He realized the Infected was gaining on them. Haze threw a wave Razor Leaves at the monster hoping to slow it down. Right when it was about to catch up to them, Khan intercepted it with his mighty Force Palm, knocking the hulk aside. Haze slowed down to thank his friend but then froze in terror. Behind Khan was the other monster, this one green with it's mouth shining with energy. "Khan! Look out behind you! It's up to something!"

Walking in step with the Loppuny the kitten continued to try to shake her freak out off. Oddly it was just what she needed to bond with the undead beside her but it sure wasn't a pleasant way to. It was rather quiet, the soft steps of their paws and a breeze gently blew, but as Shiloh stopped and began to fidget in a that was all to familiar to the cat the serenity was broken. "I hear them..." Stopping as well Arsi's ears began to flicker and rotate for sounds. "H-hear them?" They weren't nearly as large as a bunnies ears but the sounds.. the kinds of sounds she always looks out for can be heard. "They're coming..." Already her creamy colored frame is starting to bunch up and shake lightly.

The first thing to come into sight was Khan's powerful form heading toward them. It was relaxing to see him returning but the dark look in his red eyes, one of dread and terror, only caused for worry to build inside. "All of you, go and find shelter," The urgency in his voice draws her to listen but to leave him alone with the unknown makes her paws feel jumbled and confused. What was happening? What was coming, the feeling, the thickness to the air. "But Khan.." The plea was pathetically soft and hardly audible. "I will deal with--" But his words are cut off by a bone chilling shriek. The very earth they stood on crumpled and shook, plant life of all sizes gave into the massive energy and toppled. Everything sounded as though behind glass as Arsi's blue eyes stretched wide. Two sounds echoed above the rest. Thump thump. Her heart beat, slow with shock. Thump thump. And the sickening bellow of the beasts as they came into view.

Dark scaled and glowing crimson eyes the ground types were ready to sink their stained teeth into the fresh meat before them. A hot pressure in the cats head was making her rigid body lean to the side, threatening to make her fall. Locking eyes with the ugly brutes Arsi was not breathing and in a trance-like state. "RUN!" Was Khan underwater? The panic hadn't set in until a shrill sound from the Garchomp coming toward her and Shiloh and the Lucario's pained, "Shiloh, move!" snapped her back into reality. She screamed, no words but just a high-pitched cry while her paws desperately flailed about in place and into a mad dash. Just get away.. Her paws peddled the ground and didn't dare look back. GET AWAY. They pressed on faster until her form stayed in place, copies of her Double Team flooding the space she ran. You'll die!

Every little noise was magnified in her ears. The shrieks of the Pokemon, the hum of conjuring attacks, the whiz of a Razor Leaf flying past her, the hush of the leaves from toppled trees. Trees. A moment ago the cat had been in a tree and now she returned. The fallen beech was still leafy and green having been save from the fire and Arsi hurdled herself into its branches without a second thought. The feeling of being crushed, the tiny enclosed space, the call of the leaves.. it was suffocating. Chocking.. Wheezing in effort to breath Arsi coughed futilely from her hideout. You coward. Straining to keep her vision focused long enough to see what was going on she peers through the branches at her companions.

"All of you, go and find shelter," the Lopunny nodded absentmindedly, barely listening and not even realizing the Lucario's presence as she stared off into the forest. Her leg twitched and her arms shivered, and soon she began to thump her feet alongside an irregular beat. Shiloh chattered her teeth, eyes wide in fear. "They're coming, they're coming..." her words were quiet, repeated in a terrified chant. The Earth beneath them rumbled and the trees bowed, making way for their foes.

"RUN!" the words had barely registered into her mind as she gazed up at the towering giants, the Garchomp was looming over her. "Shiloh, move!" the Lopunny had only took a single step back, a Razor Leaf and Force Palm intercepting the dragon. Suddenly, a growl emerged from the rabbit's throat, eyes narrowed and grunting as her expression contorted to one of vicious anger. Oh Arceus please not now not in front of them! I just became acquainted with them oh Arceus please, please don't let me... a voice in the back of her mind pleaded, but nothing happened as the normal's type's fure bristled.

The whole world seemed to lose it's color in her sight, eyes glowing a bright crimson as she took a step forward, before roaring. "I'LL KILL YOU!" Shiloh sprang forward, dashing swiftly towards to the Tyrannitar before dropping low to the ground, using her hands to balance herself as she spun her legs and struck the dark-type's with a Low Sweep. The Lopunny snarled in rage as the hulking giant before her only cringed slightly, and in her frustration, leaped onto the back of the undead, mercilessly pummeling it's skull with Fire Punches.

Shiloh was terrifyingly ferocious, teeth bared and movements ruthless as she forced the Tyrannitar to stop the attack. The undead flung it's body to the side, throwing her off, but the Lopunny sprang back onto her feet, eyes blinded in bloodlust and hate.

    Pallet Town/Noon (62)

To Khan's immense relief, Haze and Arsi had done what he had asked and had fled the scene, hopefully securing their lives as they did so. Haze had thrown himself through the doors of a nearby house and Arsi had darted up a tree. Thank you both. At least he could work on distracting the beasts without having to worry about them getting hurt, or worse. Shiloh, on the other hand, had seemingly ignored his orders and barely moved as the Lucario's Force Palm struck the great dragon in the stomach, sending it reeling backwards. A torrent of sharp leaves also sliced their way into the Garchomp's scaly hide and Khan turned to notice that Haze had re-joined the fight. "Haze, no!" Khan voice housed intense desperation as he looked down at his friend pleadingly. "Didn't you hear me? I said go!"

Within a few seconds, the Garchomp had recovered from the attacks and was rapidly advancing on them both, white drool hanging from its mouth and splattering on the ground as it licked its lips hungrily. It raised both of its deadly claws to strike him, but Khan managed to conjure a spear just in the nick of time and used it to intercept the attack. As the two of them dueled, with Khan wielding his Bone Rush to barely block the dragon's mighty claws, he noticed in the corner of his eye that Shiloh was actually on top of the Tyranitar's head and was pummeling its skull with Fire Punches. "SHILOH, GET OFF THERE!" Khan managed to scream as he took a powerful swing at the Garchomp's legs and flipped it over onto its back.

Using the opportunity, Khan dashed away from the stunned creature and charged at the massive Rock-type, his spear ready to impale its hard armour, but Shiloh had been shaken off. The Lopunny displayed a ferociousness that Khan could only describe as virus-inflicted bloodlust, but as long as it was directed at their foes and not them he didn't have a problem with it. He managed to get his first good look at the Tyranitar as it regained its balance. Its right foot was missing, obviously ripped off in a savage attack, so it could barely move; simply dragging itself along no faster than a Slowbro. Half of its top jaw was snapped off, and the holes in the armour on its chest and legs leaked with an oozy, black liquid. Khan was wondering what that liquid could possibly be when he noticed that the Tyranitar's half-jaw was open again, and rapidly charging another Hyper Beam. Mouth agape in horror, trapped within the split-second that told him that it was too late to effectively dodge, Khan roared, "MOOOOVE!" just as the ground at his feet erupted.

The entire world seemed to explode at once, with dirt, leaves and stones being tossed high into the air. Every ounce of breath that Khan still had in his lungs after his scream was blasted straight out of him as he felt his feet leave the ground. Flying through the air, the world seemed to move in a slow-motion blur of debris, flashing blasts of light and the approaching ground. When he finally did reach the earth, Khan hit it with such force that a single thought managed to make its way into his barely responsive mind: I'm going to die. As if smacking into solid concrete once wasn't bad enough, physics forced him to bounce upwards several more feet only to come down and hit it again, face-first. He lay there for several moments, not moving a single muscle, not breathing. Finally, he gulped in mouthfuls of air as his lungs managed to find the will to work again. He tried desperately to sit up, but every inch of him throbbed in agony. He vainly attempted to call for his friends, to see if they were all right, but his throat felt like it was slowly being squeezed by a strong, invisible hand. Terrified that he was going to suffocate, Khan hauled himself over on his back, turning his head a little to try and see through the dust.

The attack had left a massive trench in the ground, stretching out several metres in both directions and separating him from the two monsters. He couldn't see anybody through the thick dust cloud, and tried to call again but his voice still refused to work, only letting him wheeze out feebly. Khan felt himself getting very tired. His eyelids flickered No! Trying to raise his head, great stabbing pains in his neck and spine forced it back to the ground again. I must ... try... The last thing he saw before blacking out was the ground beyond the trench erupting into flames belched out by the mighty Tyranitar, and the last thing that crossed his mind made his transition from life to the world in-between an agonising moment.

    Arsi ... tree...

((In case it's not clear, the Flamethrower threatens to burn down the tree that Arsi is hiding in. Also FUCK YEAH EXPLOSIONS KA-BOOM! anyone has permission to help/move Khan in any way they want. He'll be out of it for a round or two. AND it's up to you whether the Hyper Beam hit you or not.))

Haze felt bad about going against Khan's wishes but he knew that the Lucario wouldn't be able to take them on by himself. He smiled a pathetic smile to himself. If we survive, Khan's gonna kill me. Suddenly, the monster released his attack. The resulting explosion deafened the Nuzleaf and everything went white, luckily Haze was only thrown backwards into a tree. Ow...

Haze looked around him at the town and his friends. Shiloh had gone mad and started to attack the Infected, Arsi ran up a tree, and Khan, "Khan!" Khan lay motionless on the ground. "Khan! Wake up!" Haze freed his leg from the tree and rushed over to Khan. Haze's father talked about the Hyper Beam attack before, so Haze knew this was his only chance to go help Khan. He rushed over to him and dragged him under a tree. He was hardly breathing and Haze could feel that Khan was feeling colder by the second. "No, no no no, Khan. Please don't die. We can't do this without you!" Haze held his friend's paw. "You better not die here, Khan! I won't let you!" he yelled with tears in his eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't listen to you, but someone had to help! I'm sorry, I wish I was stronger!" Haze looked down pathetically. "When we're done here, you're gonna train me, Khan. That way you won't ever have to fight alone again, ok?" He held onto Khan's paw tighter. "Ok?" Haze noticed that Khan opened his eyes and was staring at something. He matched his gaze and saw that the beast had noticed Arsi in her tree. The Infected's mouth suddenly started to glow with embers and embers soon became tongues of fire.

At the sight of the flames, memories of his father's last moments started to appear again in his mind. Father! His father burst into flames again. NO! NO FATHER! Haze dropped to his knees and couldn't stop crying. He had lost his father, again. The pain would never leave the Nuzleaf's heart, he would never forget. He suddenly felt a presence before him, the looming shadow of the Infected monster with the burning body. Haze looked at it through the smoke and flames. A fiery heat began to build up in him, a burning anger, one hotter than the flames around him. "You..." he said. "This is your fault! You did this!" He stood up and threw constant waves of Razor Leaves. One after another! Haze wanted nothing but to cut off the bastard's jaw. "Die!"

((OOC: Ok first of all, Haze is young so I imagined that he'd be very emotional and is prone to PTSD and second, that scene at the end is actually Haze having a traumatic flashback but I'm sure you know that. When Haze aims for the Pokémon in the flashback, he's actually hitting the Tyranitar in real time. Just wanted to clear something up.))

Dear legends the monsters had arrived. They had arrived to kill them all. To kill her, to kill her friends! The screaming.. for the love of it all the screaming from both parties. Ear wrenching tear jerking screams. Please no.. What was she doing? Hiding, fleeing, cowering away from it all while everyone else was killed? Those voices.. her friends? "I'LL KILL YOU!" Every hair on her pelt stiffens with fear and her eyes went wide. Things are moving so fast, clouded by dust from the action its hard to see but the image of Shiloh rushing the ground types.. Her red eyes blazing, practically glowing! "One of them one of them one of them.." She mutters to herself, teeth chattering in between the words. "One of them one of them.."

More yelling. More voices. Are they real? Are they not? Its impossible to tell if they are in her head or in the air. The air.. its heavy and thick, making it difficult to breathe. The kitten is gasping hard for breath when another loud voice screams commands. It must be Khan, it has to be, but she can not decipher the voice or words within the real and fake madness. Haze.. Where was he in all this? Safe? Dead? ..Undead? All the leaves around her rustled violently as though in a windstorm but they can not block out the glassed over sound of Khans cry, "MOOOOVE!" Then boom.

The shockwave sends massive amounts of dirt and debre at at her hiding place, the branches of the tree are unable to resist and several break and bend in its wake. Her eyes can barely catch the sight but its all too real twisting and flailing through the air like a rag-doll. Khan.. Despite it all she an hear the multiple thuds as he smashes against the ground. "KHHAANNN!" Her cries are nothing compared to the sounds of explosions and crackling about her. "Khannn...!" Then he's not moving. Could he survive that? Lying there ever so still he's not moving. Was dead? Dead.. dead dead dead.. So cold, the trembling of her body hurt from the icy cold. "Khan please no Khan!" Tears of fear and panic build at the edges of her eyes. Lunging with her forepaws Arsi tried to run to him, to help in any way she could, but can not move. In the panic she hasn't noticed a broken branch of the tree is now lying on her hindleg making it impossible for her to escape.

Spinning her head forward and back forward and back to see Khan then the branch and Khan again Arsi is utterly helpless. Each breath of hers is getting shorter and shorter, harder to suck in air with each passing moment. Im trapped.. Trapped. Trapped trapped trapped! Like a mouse in a trap. Air.. She couldn't breathe.. Everything was going fuzzy around her, was it the lack of air? Was she dying..? Khan, was that shape Haze beside him? Or something more dangerous? Was it trying to eat him?! With each glance back to the Lucario he was getting smaller and smaller. Dying...? Vanishing... Then he was gone from her view. Arsi had no idea where he was, or even if he was still alive. Where did he go! She had to get to him. Crying in agony its impossible to see through the dust and smoke. Smoke? She wasn't just not getting enough air, she as choking on smoke. Real smoke. "FIRE!" The walls of flames around her aren't a rainbow hallucination but a real vivid curtain of oranges and yellows.

No longer gasping for air she is chocking on it. Completely chocking on the putrid gasses and losing consciousness. No.. The heat is beginning to soak into her pelt, noticeable to even her lost mind. "Please no.. need help to.. Khan.." The branch keeping her prisoner is alight dancing with orange flames. No! The cat chocks until she is heaving that that is inside her. Coughing until it comes up the thick fluid splatters on the branch and hisses as it begins to eat away at the wood. The trapped leg wrenches in place but can not free itself. "I don't want to burn to death." Her eyes sting from the smoke and she closes them in vain. Rising one trembling paw the Meowth allows a shadowy black light to surround it. The darkness forms long claws and with several hard strikes her Shadow Claw slashes at the imprisoning wood. The fire had already eaten away at its defenses and soon the branch fell in on itself and her leg slips free. A shower of ember splays her body as though to tell her to get out.

As fast as she can Arsi flees the burning tree, one paw still glowing with Shadowy darkness. She only goes a few meters from the flames before she collapses and must stop to catch her breath. Shock has kept the pain away yet her lungs are still screaming in agony. Wrenching and coughing in place the cat is heaving and wheezing, pressing everything out from inside her lungs ans stomach. Splotches of foul purple ooze from her mouth and cover the ground. Its still dripping from her teeth as the tree she was previously in crashes to the ground, sending flames in all directions. A few make it to her and set the Acid alight when they meet. Squealing in panic she forcing herself on her paws and dashes forward. Until a massive division in the ground stops her. Arsi flips on her paws, goes a few meters back the way she came and falls to the ground delirious. "Khan..." She whines barely audible.

    The world had become silent.

Her ears twitched and paws shivered as the Earth became engulfed in white light, her body flung away easily by the immense power. She felt her arms nicked by the flying branches, gagging as a log collided with her stomach. She coughed and sputtered, her form colliding against the rough bark of a tree. Shiloh tensed, eyes opening slowly as she looked at the ruined clearing. Her sight looked upwards, narrowed as she squinted against the noon's sun. Her hand clenched into an angry fist, her attention moving to the Nuzleaf who attacked the Tyrannitar.

"Filthy peasants..." she snapped, a vicious growl emitted from her throat. She strides towards the hulking giant, steps confident and proud as she gazes straight into the eyes of the undead. She faintly sees her reflection, her face bloodied and flesh ripped to reveal bone. Her body was tattered, skin dangling loosely from her figure and her chest soaked in black blood. A scowl overcame her expression, before she launched herself at it's head, roaring as she worked to gauge it's eyes.

Arsi's head was swimming with disorientation. Her lungs were screaming and throat seared with a stinging pain. "Khan.. Khan.." The word wheezed out with a hoarse voice. Where was he? Hurt.. Khan.. Bouts of coughing riddled her body and more Acid splattered from her maw. Flam.. able.. Tensing her trembling muscles Arsi forced herself onto her paws. They shook and threatened to collapse on her as she took one slow step after another. Pain was running through her leg but the hazy feeling in her head dulled the feeling.

Each step was a battle. She was swaying and panting hard from effort, stumbling about in a aimless zigzag. Khan was on the other side of the fissure. She had to get there. She had to get to Khan. He needed help. Might be in trouble. Might be dead. "Khan.." She whined desperately. All the sounds around her echoed, muffled over and sounding far away but one became more and more clear. The bellowing scree of the Garchomp as it launched toward her became loud and ear piercing. The small cats blue eyes went wide like crystal pools with sheer terror. "KHAN!" The Dragons foul scales were shining with power from its Dragon Rush as it slammed into her much smaller body.

Though it stopped suddenly with a strong jerk Arsi was thrown across the way with the force, all air expelled from her lungs. Fate may of been on her side with accuracy as the dull side to the Garchomps arm hit her but the force of the hit was still massive. Flailing through the air everything is spinning around her. The disorientation was back full force now but with clear pain throughout her body. She hit the ground, hard, and tumbled across for several meters before finally skidding to a halt in a cloud of dust.

She could still hear screaming, or crying.. All the sounds mashed together with a high pitched ringing over it. Ever tiny bit of air she took in was a massive effort and her body was still in pure agony. Was she going to die here? So very weak and pathetic. They didn't have enough power to beat these demons.. they were all going to.. Die...

    Pallet Town/Noon (63)

Khan was floating. He didn't know where, but he knew that his body was no longer in contact with the ground. Despite the distant screams, roars and explosions, he could not be moved from his state of utmost peace. A surreal sense of calm had taken hold of him, and if it weren't for the voices that broke through the wall surrounding his mind he would've stayed in that condition forever. "Khan!" It was Haze. The noise and the chaos became more and more dominant and Khan felt himself being dragged down from his cloud. Ear-splitting explosions, searing heat and cries of pain forced his eyes to flicker open for his vision to be greeted by bright, orange flames. "No, no ... don't die ... better not die ... won't let you!" The Nuzleaf's desperate voice rang through his ears amid the deafening roars of the two tyrants that threatened to bring about the end of their existence. His eyelids forced themselves closed again as Khan felt Haze grab hold of his paw and clutch it tightly. "I'm sorry I didn't listen ... wish I was stronger ...you're gonna train me, Khan." "Haze..." By the time Khan had managed to wheeze out his friend's name, he had rejoined the battle, hitting the Tyranitar with a Razor Leaf. "Just ... go..." The blurry sight of Arsi flying through the air pained him more than a direct hit with Hyper Beam ever could. "Please..."

The last thing that Khan heard before passing out again was the Tyranitar's thunderous bellow. The huge Rock-type lumbered forward on his one foot as another Hyper Beam threatened to rise in the back of his throat. But then that blasted Lopunny had returned, barely even noticing her own horrific injuries as she launched herself at her enemy and proceeded to try and claw his eyes out. The beast rumbled out a growl as he thrashed its head from side to side, shuffling over to a nearby flaming tree and swinging his head to one side, ready to smash the Normal-type straight into its searing trunk.

A feral grin dominated the skinless features of the Garchomp's face as the stupid, pathetic, weak little Meowth went flying through the air like a corpse in an explosion. Just like the over-confident Lucario that had been foolish enough to think that he could get away with trying to fight her. Cackling in delight, the dragon zoomed towards her fallen target, plunging one of her massive claws into the ground right in front of the Meowth's face. "Give up," she croaked, a cruel grin spreading across her face as her rotten tongue smacked against her filthy fangs. "You're all ... dead!" Tall, bright flames surrounded the undead dragon and her prey as she raised her other claw up high, a purple aura surrounding it as she prepared a Poison Jab. That'd teach the weak little shit for even daring to exist.

((So the fire is quickly spreading, aided by the Acid attack that Arsi used last turn. It will soon reach the trees where Khan is lying. Like last time, anyone has permission to move him if necessary. I'll probably try to get him back on his feet next round.))

    Pallet Town // Noon (27)
No matter how many Razor Leaves Haze threw, the monster just wouldn't die. It's disgusting mug taunting him. Die, will you!? he thought. Why won't you die!? Haze's anger burned immensely, hotter than the flames surrounding him. Suddenly a sound made Haze snap out of his angry trance. What he was attacking wasn't his father's murderer, but another Infected. He was confused at first but the sound made Haze realize the situation. "Just...go..."

Khan! Haze dropped his Razor Leaves and ran over too his friend. "Khan, you're alive." Before Haze could do anything for his fallen friend, Shiloh in a terrifying rage jumped onto the Infected that Haze was fighting before. He shuddered, but he turned his attention back to Khan. He could see that the flames were gaining on them, so Haze had to act fast. Haze put Khan's arm over his shoulder. He struggled to stand, and struggled to move but the two trudged behind the husk of an old house. Haze sat his friend up on the wall. "I'm sorry, Khan. I couldn't leave you or the others." Khan looked so sickly. Haze couldn't stand looking at such a pained face. Ashamed, he turned away, feeling guilty. "I'm going back, Khan." he began. "Arsi and Shiloh can't handle those two alone, and neither can I with them..." He looked down. "But I gotta try! If I don't try, then it might as well be pointless living! I'm going, that's final." He stepped forward, expecting his friend to stop him. I've gotta prove myself, I'm gonna be strong like you...

Arsi gasped and chocked for each bit of air. Her eyes were wide and her paws twitched uncontrollably. Unable to move the kitten lies there fighting to breathe. Am I dying...? It hurt. Her entire being was an indiscernible mass of pain. N-no... That one attack had taken all she had and threw it right back in her face. Quivering pupils saw mostly red, be it her blood or flames she did not know. "H-help.. me.." She whines so softly its hardly more then a whisper. I dont want to die here.. One trembling paw moves forward slowly. If she could move herself maybe she could hide. Maybe she could shelter herself. Maybe she could find Khan..

Bchingg! A shape claw stabs down into the earth mere whiskers length away from her face. The blurry shape of the Garchomp looming above made it yet harder to suck in the smoky air. "Give up," Its voice droned over all other sounds. No no no this was not the help she wanted. "No..." The kitten cries breathing faster. Her heart beats rapid in her chest. "P-please.." The purple glow of an attack smears into the red and dark shape of the Garchomp. Arsi's vision along with her conscious is fading to the point of incoherence. "You're all ... dead!" Tears stream down the cats face. Her entire body trembles like a leaf as she mews weakly. It was going to kill her. Kill her dead like a dog on the highway and not even care. The cats heart pounds painfully hard as it fights for life and out of panic. This couldn't be the end, not like this.

The Dragon sneers blowing its hot, fowl breathe in her face. The sickly taste only makes her choke more and near wish to be dead already. The world is slowing down into nothing more then blurred, melting shapes and sounds. The death riddled claw comes closer, moving so fast but appearing so slow in her state. Arsi's heartbeat echos loudly through her blood pounding in her ears, sounding as fast as lightning in the slow pace. The Poison Jab comes so close the cat can see the Garchomps claw with a clearly etched outline through her blurred vision. Her heart sounds more like a hum then a beat.

    Something snapped.

In a fury of flailing the paws the cat can not see anything as all shapes have blurred to but one swirl of color. Pure agony runs through her pelt like fire bringing a new wave of tears to her eyes. "You worthless shit..." The Garchomps voice is muffled and far away. But it was right next to me.. Her sight can only see black but Arsi can feel that her limbs are contorted and squeezed as though trapped. Oh so trapped.. Cold yet hot in an unnatural way. "You cant hide in MY domain!" The world shakes around her causing more agony to the kitten. A mewl of pain whines desperately from her maw and echos. Flashing open her blue eyes Arsi takes in a searing breath of air and the unnatural darkness. With the last strands of her fading thoughts she knows where she is.

((To clarify, Arsi is underground and the Garchomp is starting to dig as well))

Her paws sting in unfamiliar pain as she plunges her claws into the Tyrannitar's face, the giant snarling and thrashing it's body to the sides. Shiloh screeches back, voice raspy and filled with vicious rage as she slaps the dark-type across it's cheek, leaving a shallow gash where black liquid oozed out from. "DIE!" suddenly, she felt herself thrown midair by a powerful buck of the monster's head, it's massive arm swung towards her as she was struck right in the stomach, sent flying through the air before colliding onto the ground. She gurgles and gags, gasping for breaths as she churns the air with her legs.

Trying to get up, she rolls, body convulsing before she shuddered, eyes darting frantically before screaming. From the flames around her a burning log falls onto her form, the fire scorching her fur and flesh as she wails. "Get it off!" she screamed, struggling against the heavy weight of the wood. She could feel the heat decimating her fur and skin, the excruciating pain coursing through her darkened veins. "GET IT OFF!" she begged, desperate as she clawed at the falled tree. She writhes and thrashes, crying. Her shouts slowly die when a dark shadow looms over her, the previous giant looking down at her with an amused grin.

"No no no no NO! GET AWAY FROM ME! DON'T YOU DARE LAY A HAND ON ME YOU FILTHY BEAST!" she screeched, baring her teeth. "GET AWAY FROM ME!"
