New Policy for Questions/Suggestions

Approved by Sui, from here on out whenever a Question or Suggestion is finished, can I have the Mod/Admin who dealt with it Leave a note at the end marking it as closed? Or, Preferably, the Person who asked the question in the first place, once it has been finished. This will help the OoC Mod (me) get everything cleaned out in a timely manner, without having to use time to read through every thread.

As a reminder, PLEASE reply to threads when they are ready to be closed. I hate having to go to the admins to pester them about these things, they have more important work to do.
