Italics in posts

Just come on and noticed right away that all the topics are in italics even though they weren't before. Has something changed on the sight that I don't know of, or is it something to do with my computer?

Darnit I was JUST about to mention this.

The entire site has been italicized, basically. She just beat me to it. >w<


Yeah, something like this could negatively effect posts, since some use italics in them.

I already informed Suicune and he doesn't know what the hell is happening either.

It's likely just a site glitch, but if it doesn't clear up by tonight, he'll investigate.

Derp, as a temporary solution to the hard differentiation between thoughts and descriptions in posts, we can place thoughts in 'these special dudes', and hope that this gets fixed soon. xD

I've looked into this, and I can find no issue on our side concerning coding. It's either a skin glitch or a host glitch.
I'm holding off on reinstalling our skin, since that would reset all our images and I'd have to shut down the site for a night to set it all up again. (which wouldn't guarantee the issue fixed)
I don't really want to do that, so lets' try and wait this out and see if the issue resolves itself.
If it doesn't, I'll see what else can be done.

Sorry for the problem everyone. Concerning RP italics, just clarify in context what is a thought. As was suggested earlier, use 'these' to enclose thoughts for now.

Or you can also use these ~here~ for thoughts because I do that with my Lucario character.

Something I have noticed that may be of help concerning this issue is that it appears that the italics start after the "General" forum category on the main page and nothing is italicized on the thread listing for the boards (where all the topics are listed inside a particular forum).

Also, nothing is italicized in the header (where the "View posts since last visit" is).

OH. I believe I found the problem =3 I looked at the website source code and it appears the very last entry for the harbringer warnings has a joined tag, meaning that the italics tags aren't closing. If you look under Lostlorn after Cloud the Rufflet the closing font tag is combined with the italics one, so it looks like this <font</i>. Seeing the italics tag isn't closed as a result, that may be the issue.

Oh, it isn't a post. It's the sidebar =3 Where the Harbringer warnings are displayed. It's the very last warning, the one under Lostlorn in Unova. Sorry, I should have specified that xD

And it's not a problem <3 I've had my share of coding flukes. I work on website designs in some of my spare time and it's always a bit frustrating when you make that one little typo that makes everything go haywire xD
