History
Roulan was born with his brothers and sisters. Being the youngest of the houndours, He was always treated like the baby. However when adoption time came, he was the first one to be taken by a kid who would one day make a great police officer. For the time as he was still a pup, there was a lot of fun and with his trainer, they sat in front of the tv watching police shows that always had something new every day.Over the course of the years, the two had grew closer in bond and when they entered the police academy, it was a new ball game. The houndoom at first was a bit nervous until he got the hang of each routine. Three years pass and he finally was put into a squad and Zuri was one of the few he respected as a fellow police pokemon and as a friend despite them being different in
