History- The pup of a stud arcanine, Lou was given away before he was hatched to become a service pokemon. Since he hatched he began learning how to help people around him in everyday tasks. He started as a puppy by going to the library and letting children read to him while his trainer, a kind, aging man watched. Since then he started doing larger things, staying with a rude, but kind man in a wheelchair. Turning lights on and off for him, getting him things he couldn’t quite reach, etc.
He was returned for further training and began helping a blind girl get around. He’d first met her in the library when she read book with her hands. Lou liked her a lot, she was always nice and gave him extra treats. He stayed with her longer before once again having to return to learning. The same kind man always came and got him before lending him out again.
Lou wished he could stay in a forever home, but he knew he had to grow up before staying. He learned a lot and met many different people, and he was really close to finishing up all his training! He even got groomed and was given a bandana just for his last day of training.
Well, until it happened. Everything was a blur, the other service pokemon scattered as the infected closed in on them. Lou didn’t know how to fight, he never learned so he ran too. He didn’t even know how to fight, but when he was cornered by frothing Rattata he was surprised how natural it was. He used iron tail, a move he knew his father had, and was somehow passed down to him in turn. He fled, he had no idea where he was going he just knew he had to get away.

Appearance- Looks like a regular Growlithe, with a blue bandana and lots of drool.

Personality- A goofy pup who is very excitable. Incredibly naïve and loyal, can tell him to do just about anything and he’ll do his best (and fail a lot probably). Can be easily manipulated and oblivious to ill intent. Loves everyone and gets upset when others are mean to him or anyone else. He doesn’t like fighting and isn’t that good at it either, but he’s very ambitious and will do everything he can to protect someone, even if he doesn’t know them.

You're going to need to take a look at his age/level, hon.

I would cap such a young Pokemon at level 10 at most. Furthermore, taking a look at his history I would say that you could easily make him a little bit older; maybe a teenager. It would be difficult to train such a young Pokemon to do all the things he did, and jumping from one duty to another would take some time.

So you have two options there: either lower his level to coincide with his age, or make him a little bit older. Personally, I'd go for the latter, but it's up to you. (Also, if he was a child, he would not be fully grown.)

It also doesn't make sense that he only has three moves. By level 12, a Growlithe has already has access to 6 naturally learned moves. Ones that you could include with the ones he has now are Roar, Ember, Leer or Odor Sleuth.

You are also going to need the desired team in the title of the topic.
