I was wondering, some pokemon have mention of things they can do noted in their pokedex or sprites not covered in their abilities or moveset, I.e. Garchomp is said to fly in its Dex Entries but cannot learn the move fly, does not have the ablility leviate ect.
similarly Gardevoir's sprite is always shown as faintly airborne even though it doesn't have the ablility leviate (though it can acquire it through trace) and some Ghost Types can apparently turn invisble at will.
Are these pokemon allowed to display these abilities in RP provided it does not compromise the established game rules? (i.e a Gardevoir can be 'levitating' but not to the degree to escape damage from Ground Type moves?)
