It seems logical.
Given we go by Game Canon, there were probably tons of Shadow Pokemon never purified, but they wouldn't be flexible like normal characters....
They'd be angry, cold, and devoid of anything positive, plus their moves would be Shadow moves only and you'd need a spec. image for them, and you might need a different Ticket because Shadow aren't like normal Living pokemon.
Shadow Tickets? Maybe could be suggested.

I'm pretty sure I've stated somewhere else that all the previous, original Shadow Pokemon had been purified by the efforts of the two heroes from Colosseum and XD respectively. (Not on an announcement or any other important thread, like on a profile or something lol) No other Shadow Pokemon would have been made as they would be from the strains of the Virus, and would be dead from experiments.
However, if there's enough of a following, I may bring it to the other Admins for a look over.
