History
Kibō was an egg when the Epidemic started and would have been a scrambled one if Baloo hadn't got him. Despite being a burden, Kibō had been adopted. Baloo taught him many tricks to fool and defeat the infected ones. Kibō wondered what happened to the world that would make Baloo the way he was. He also wondered about the other living Pokemon and wondered when was they last time they ate anything. Kibō decided to start making bentos for any living Pokemon he came across. Baloo found that to be a good idea and stored smaller bentos in his pouch for any Pokemon he came across.
Kibō suddenly found himself alone. His big brother Baloo was gone and the guttural roars of a giant infected were too close for comfort. Kibō packed up his bentos and bailed to find Baloo.

Personality-Kibo is very childish and naive but very protective of anything uninfected. But even he can be won over by attempts on his kindness
Appearance-Kibo is a regular Oshawott but is runty due to still being a child. His runty gait makes it difficult for him to drag his bag around

He also won't attack any Buizels for fear that it could be Baloo

Item-Mystic Water on a Everstone chain
History- Baloo was born in the Valley Windworks area. He was surrounded by younger Buizels and other Pokemon his whole life. When one of the little ones was torn to pieces by a flock of usually peaceful Carvanha,Baloo realized something had gone very wrong with the world. He felt that humans may have some idea what was wrong so he found his way into one of their big dens. There was a sickly young girl all alone inside. That tugged at Baloo's heartstrings so he stayed with her. Any of those mangy beasts that found their way into his new home met a grisly death. The girl taught him TM moves and other things that had kept her alive this whole time.
Baloo believed they were safe as no Infected had made an assault on them in days. The girl petted him softer then she ever had and told him "faith, hope and love are some good things Arceus gave us Baloo but the greatest is love.." Baloo grinned from ear to ear and left to get her something special for making him feel better. He looked over his shoulder one last time before going completely out of sight. Much to his horror, their little home had been ransacked and his girl had been killed. A single Murkrow sat in the window preening his bloody feathers. Baloo roared and broke open its skull with the same Brick Break his girl taught him. He looked at the Mystic Water he had gone to get for her and growled. Baloo would find a cure and make this world wonderful again even if he had to drag Arceus down to his level. He took the custom made everstone stone chain the girl wore and put the Mystic Water on it. Never... Again...
Personality-Baloo tolerates no infected... He believes they are parasites that must be gotten rid of. He will put them out of their misery whether they like it or not
Appearance-Baloo looks like a regular Buizel except he has a Mystic Water around his neck and his fur is thinner
User Note
Baloo is extremely overprotective of younger Pokemon and will protect the young ones on instinct
He has a take no prisoners attitude with any Infected
Can he join Kibo por favor?
