Can move tutor moves be taught? Empty Can move tutor moves be taught?

It was just an idea I had but I know there are lot of very good moves out there that some pokemon can only learn via tutor and especially there are some very good moves in the Black 2/ White 2 games that can only be move tutored.

I was wondering if it would be possible to, with humans gone, have these moves be tutored to a pokemon by another pokemon that has learnt the move, the teaching taking place over the course of around 4 post cycles?
After all Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion teach Keldeo a move so, while it make take a bit of patience on the teacher pokemon's part, it could be considered as possible.

The rules for it being of course that if the move is included in the moveset from the get-go the tutoring would have to be mentioned in the history and if you want to to happen in RP a pokemon that already has the move would have to spend a few posts actually teaching the move to your pokemon.

An example would be: A Weepingbell that could normally only learn Bug Bite by Move Tutor could learn it from a Caterpie that has learnt it, via levelling over the course of several posts to actually teach the technique to it (and some practise to actually get it right) or could have in its history mention of said training.

Alternately could a Human Character be made with the profession of Move Tutor and therefore be capable of tutoring moves to the pokemon she/he meets?

Of course with the implementation of the Black 2/White 2 levelling rules most pokemon eleible for this training method would be rather young but it is a thought...
