Reviving closed teams

This question has been bugging me for a while, but is it possible if enough people are interested to revive a team that closed down?

Second question is that can pokemon wear eye patches if they substained an eye injury before the outbreak.

And yes, they can wear eyepatches, but be sure to describe the incident and such in your profile, and make sure your character owning a patch is explained.

Also, what would our members have to say about this?
Is there an interest large enough to revive older teams?
