Is it possible for two of my characters to be siblings, even though the Father is a Dragonair and the Mother is a Charizard?

One of them will be a Dratini and the other will be a Charmander, I'm just wondering, wanting it to seem a bit more interesting. I really want them to be related in a really close way.

Also, would I be able to put them both into the same team? Even though they're not dual profiles?

    This isn't possible, unfortunately.
The egg species will ALWAYS be the same species as the female.
So unless you change the mother, the children will always be the same species.

There's very few exceptions to this of course.

If it helps, half siblings are still possible; same father, but different mothers of different species. There's a strong possibility that they could still be raised together if they are half siblings, so the sibling bond can be attained through that method instead.

Azzie is right. That's what I did with my Arcanine and Eevee brother and sister in Acuity. Their eggs hatched at almost the same time but they had different moms so they have a twins mentality regarding each other, though Kaiden is slightly older by about a day.
