A Sorta Weird Question

What if... A character discovered their parents undead or permanently dead and they had a move that could be passed down to them but the character was not aware of the move actually being in their moveset? An example is... My Buizel character Bloo's father was a Cincinno so she would know Tail Slap but it slipped my mind to put it in her moveset... Could it be possible for her to wander upon him half dead and be told she knew the move or is that something you have to add before approval?

Not exactly. There has only ever been one case of someone relearning a breed move that was not in their original profile and that was by using an extremely poweful Psychic acting as a Move Relearner (aka the guy obsessed with heart scales).
But this was a very long time ago before all of our rules now and before my profile standards.

So I honestly believe that no, you cannot learn a breed move unless it was in the orginal profile. If you forgot to put it in that is sad but that is why I tell people to be thorough when making a character. You cannot learn breed moves in RP. You can learn level ups and TMs but that is it.
