History:
Violet spent most of her life in the Viridian Forest. For bug types, her family was small, only consister of herself and her parents (both Ariados). Even as a Spinarak, she prefered loneliness over company. Her parents didn't understand this, so her father tried to bond with her by training her.
Though she did like training, she once again prefered training by herself instead of with her father. She eventually got bored with her life and left home. The Spinarak traveled to the other side of the forest to be alone. On the way, she battled some wild pokemon. The more she battled, the stronger she got. Violet evolved into an Ariados after battling a Spearow, which was amazing considering she had a type disadvantage.
Violet hoped that on the other side of the forest, she could get some of the alone time that she wanted. Her happiness was stopped when a small child was wandering through the woods. The child was small, and he looked too young to be a trainer. While most Ariados would attack intruders, Violet actually allowed him to walk on her territory. The boy found the spider and was fascinated by her. He had never been so close to a pokemon in his whole life. The boy, named James, stuck out a hand. Violet flinched, but saw that he was petting her. It was a comforting touch to her, and she befriended the boy.
Violet lead James out of the woods the next day and took him home to Pewter City. Though his family was happy to see him, they were not happy to see the Ariados that was with him. Though he tried to explain, they wouldn't listen. Violet took insults like "ugly" and "unwanted" personally. She crawled away saddened by this, and now under the influence that everyone hates her.
The infection soon made its way to the Kanto region, and Violet worried about James. She worried about him so much that she left the forest and went to Pewter City, hoping to find him there. However, she was heartbroken to see that he was nowhere to be found. She now waits for his arrival, unaware that James may, in fact, already be dead.
Appearance: Violet is a normal Ariados.
Personality:
-Violet is a public loner. She's not comfortable being around anyone she doesn't know, and usually tends to be a silent observer. However, if someone shows kindness to her first, she will befriend them. This is due to James' family insulting her.
-Violet does have a more playful and friendly side. That side usually comes out in the presence of children, which Violet loves. She loves children because of their innocence and how full of life they are.
