I think you should start cleaning up around that place. I don't mean to necessarily delete the topics, but to put the ones already completed in a sub-forum called "Finished Art" or something. Maybe in the same format as the Profile Computer, so that the announcements would be more noticeable, and the Artists' Alley would be neater and easier to navigate through.
EDIT: Maybe sub-forums for commissions and another for finished alterations.
