Maybe I want to browse the avatars, or maybe pick a new one, but as soon as I click the link, and I wait patiently for the avatars to load up, sometimes it takes quite a while. And I really don't have all the time in the world, so I was thinking that the avatar list could be split into their specific regions as individual topics, so that it would still be organized, but at least there isn't as much to load as before.

I agree- especially because I get avatar editing requests and sometimes I have to wait for it to load or when it's not there, actually go to the artist's page to find it. OTL
The topics should include a link to the artist's Deviantart just in case one of the avatars were accidentally skipped or something. :B

I'll split up the avatars by region, but linking to the artists page wouldn't work, as I had to resize them all by hand. The ones she did are all too large to work for our site.
BUT there is a link to her DA page in the artists panel on the left of our site, if you ever want to check it out. I update the list about once a month. She is still working on the Unova region, so not all of those are there.
(Actually, I still have to update. I'm not sure if she's finished anymore)

Hmm. Also, I'm wondering if the images are taking a strangely long amount of time to load for you guys.
I split them up, and some of the links appear to be broken.
If it's not showing up for everyone else, we may have to reupload the images...
