Safehouse Question

Just wondering, are users allowed to post when in Safehouse?
Because I have a few users who are regulars there, they put their charries in them after 2 days, take them out, post, then put them back in, which puts a lot of strain on my computer.

They can't post while in the safehouse.
The safehouse is a location that is theoretically away from their team.
However, I know some of our members have issues getting here consistently...
I know this is an issue, but we haven't found a way to fix it.
If this concerns sensitive information, we can move this to PMs.

I was wondering if we could make a Safehouse-esque area where people we know who will be going in and out of Sfaehouse constantly would have their characters put in there, and maybe they can post while in there? [Though this is probably not the best solution. ;;]

I can't seem to think of the best solution for this problem though, seeing as if we use the suggestion I just talked about, users will be waiting 3 days then skipping and that'll just annoy people, but then constantly taking characters in and out can get annoying fast too. ;;
