Psychics seeing memories [Closed]

Seeing as psychic Pokémon are allowed to read minds, and can see the future, would it be acceptable for a psychic Pokémon to, when it touches someone, absorb memories, as if looking into the past instead of the future, due to a mix of it's mind reading and abilities to see into different points in time?

I'd only allow a fully evolved, powerful pokemon have that sort of ability. It takes a lot to simply read a mind, much less dig into the victim's memory and snoop around. Then again, you would have to have the other character's user's permission for that to happen, if it is allowed.

Agreed with Lugia.
Permission is required, along with some indepth collaboration on their memories. You can't make up any, they have to come from the owner.

This kind of thing is best done if on a dual profile, so it's your own characters you can manipulate.
