I was considering having one of my characters have a Spooky Plate or Mind Plate, but I was not sure if we were allowed to use them. It says on Bulbapedia that you can get more than one of the same plate, so they are not exactly one-of-a-kind items. Also, can we have one of the engravings on them--you know, the ones that talk about the Sinnoh creation myth?

Keep in mind I'm not an admin, but I would see no problem in this, as they are items (rare items though) that can be found in game with some looking.

In the past, there have been characters with shards of plates as their item. I'm not sure about the whole plate though, but is evidence says that more than one can be obtained in the game I'm sure it's possible. :>

Shards are one thing, plates are another. However, because they're not truly "special" items, I'd be more lenient toward letting them have one. Though, these are probably viewed as sacred tomes or something in the pokemon world, and are to be treated as special, even though they're not "one of a kind". In other words, the character should have a good reason to have one.

    I'd vote up.

In Diamond and Platinum, you can dig plates up in the underground. I ended up with a jillion

    Yes, agreed with Lugia.
The character would need cause to be carrying something so interesting around.
I vote up under his stipulations as well.
