Alcohol in RP

Not sure if this was already asked or if there was already a case of this before but is it possible in the RP for a Pokemon to find alcohol and also drink it? And is it possible for Pokemon to get drunk? xD;
[Or is it possible for a Pokemon to find and consume any other kind of drug?]

Just asking since I have a few Pokemon characters who were based off of real OCs whom happen to have some alcohol addictions. OTL

It may be alluded to, but not outright stated. Vague references only, open to interpretation.

Such as, just saying 'illegal substance'. Not naming the drug, of which alcohol is a drug.

I would say heavy illegal substances, can only be alluded to vaguely, as Mewtwo says. Afterall, all the crime syndicates have allusions to something darker there, but never quite said.

However, alcohol is a legal substance in many parts of the world, even at a young age...so I would allow it to be written about in a more direct way.

Of course, I leave this to vote if the admins do not agree amongst themselves.

My vote:
Heavy illegal substances- vague references.
Alcohol- can be directly referenced, as long as it isn't the main focus of your RPing here.
