I was wondering if the Virus can potentially cause a big change in physical structure if it's in there for a long time; for example, causing muscle build-up that creates the illusion of the pokémon in question being much more larger than it should be, or have stronger limbs with the exchange of making something else weaker. Of course, in situations like that, problems such as building up of lactic acid and eventual destruction of the muscle system [or in an Undead's case, earlier destruction].
And then there's other sort of mutations, such as in the case of a fire-type that has external body parts of fire like the Cyndaquil/Quilava/Typhlosion line. Would it be possible for the fire to go a bit haywire and cover more of the body than is deemed the usual?
