| History | Ark is from a long line of impeccable breeding from two generations of Luxray battlers. Near champions in their respective areas, he is the product of the selective breeding with an upbringing in an open, almost wild park that gave him a rather open upbringing with his parents. He was born in the Sinnoh region. Their owners groomed him, taught him and trained him as a shinx until he was adopted out to a young human from the Johto region and adopted him into their family. A wealthy lad who went under the name of Michael. A rich kid who took the shinx and started battling him with local kids of their village. As they got older, Ark evolved into a Luxio and a stronger bond formed between the two, battling with other trainers, Pokemon and wild pokemon with stronger and stronger opponents. Michael joined the Pokemon Rangers. Through the rangers and Michael still doing his best to be a trainer, Ark evolved to becoming his current form, a Luxray. When the epidemic hit their village was hit pretty hard by it, with the army coming in seeking to have the pokemon executed and the people evacuated to the better defended places. Unfortunately his trainer went to try and follow through with this after the army showed up there. Lined up against the wall for firing squad. Ark locked eyes with Michael, he knew what was going down and the feeling of betrayal had sunk deep. During the moments of hesitation Ark used Thunderbolt on a nearby vehicle causing it to explode and create a hell of a distraction. With the distraction, the other pokemon fled in fright from the explosion and scattered. Ark, ran off and left after giving the shaking Michael a look of betrayal before fleeing into the forest. He's survived as best he can though, travelling from place to place avoiding the horde as best he can. |

While its face, hind legs, torso, and the back of its front legs are blue, much of its body is covered with shaggy, black fur. The fur is longer around the shoulders and the base of the tail, and forms a mane on its head. The mane is larger on the male than on the female. It has yellow eyes with red sclera, a blunt muzzle, and rounded ears with yellow insides. There are three yellow, half rings on the back of each foreleg. | Appearance | Ark is a large Luxray due to his breeding and environment he grew up in, whilst not to terribly bigger than a normal one he is fairly tall. He is a fairly young adult who has been through much in the way of battles and the experience shows. Well fed, well cared for and well bred it all shows with his eyes, posture and bearing. Noticeably are his eyes, as bright and colourful as any Luxray's are, his show his health and impeccable breeding as well as a certain strength of spirit that he carries. The epidemic and living hard hasn't been to kind to his coat though, being matted and tarnished here and there, his body gone from a good bit of bulk to a bit more of a leaner look due to the running and agility he's had to endure. |

| Motivation | Ark's motivated through the need to survive and find others. He doesn't wish to become another trainers pawn if all they're going to do is stuff him in a pokeball or kill/abandon him when they could fight for his survival, as he had done theirs. He wants to survive, meet with other pokemon and not deal with stupid ones. |
| Personality | Ark is a mature, relatively kind soul with a hell of an aggressive streak. He is strong willed individual who was trained from a Shinx to be a fighter and a damn good one at that. Coupled with his impeccable breeding make him a bit on the haughty side when it comes to combat. The epidemic has changed his mentality though, from showy to being sneakier and avoiding fights when they are not needed. Survival is more important, especially without a trainer to support him. Ark is also a strange pokemon to some degree, being bisexual in nature he's had to contend with some issues pertaining towards that orientation, namely frustration. |
