How would I go about requesting someone edit a character picture for me? Probably a stupid question, but I'm having trouble finding a specific thread for it. And while I'm at it how do I upload the image from my computer?

You should put up a notice about it in the Requests and Commsions page. There'd probably be someone who'd do that for you, but you might want to put up some points if you have them.

As for uploading, you can always set up a photobucket and upload it there, then copy the image url and use the image code to plant it into your post. Coding tutorial and such can be found here if you need it.
