History-
This pokemon was "supposed" to be breed for power, but the "powerful" egg hatched into this little guy. The breeder was furious, but Spheal being Spheal just rolled around. The breeder had no idea what to do with the Spheal so he took the small Spheal away from it's family and dumped the poor dear on the outside of Hearthome.
Once he did that, he took his breeding pokemon and left Hearthome. At first Spheal just rolled around and got himself into trouble, but soon he got really lonely. He waited in the city and watched the humans walk past him everyday, until one day a human girl spotted the poor baby Spheal. Spheal had seen the girl many times before, but that day it was raining and poor little Spheal was sleeping in a cardboard box.
The girl took the Spheal with her too the Pokemon Center and that's were the nurses looked after him as the girl looked in on another pokemon. The Chansy's and Blissy's were nice to Spheal and took care of the little guy for a few months. As the nurses took care of him, the girl, Anne as he soon found out, came to check on the little guy. Spheal was always glad to see her, but one day she never came back. Spheal was upset and rolled out of the center.
After another week or two on the streets, Spheal was attacked by a strange looking Luxio. The Luxio attacked Spheal, but the little pokemon rolled away with all his might, but the Luxio was too fast. It attacked Spheal with a Thunder Fang, but was whacked in the face by a Hippopotas. The hippo pokemon picked up Spheal and ran. The Luxio was stunned from the sudden attack but was soon after the two.
The Hippopotas put Spheal under a pair of stairs as charged the Luxio. Spheal listened to the sounds of fighting as he waited under the stairs. Then everything went quiet and Spheal poked his head out from under the stairs. What he saw was nothing. The Hippopotas and the strange Luxio were gone. He rolled around, but only found a brown bag. He remembered seeing the bag on the Hippopotas and he looked around, but no hippo. So he took the bag and continued to wonder the streets, completely oblivious to the undead.
Appearance-
A normal Spheal all in all, but is overly jolly and LOVES to roll around. He's almost always found with a smile on his face.
Personality-
Overly jolly and hyper, he's often rolling around and pumping into others just for the run of it. He;s literally a bull of fun. He knew his parents for a short period but loved them very much. He often try's to act like a Ditto but fails every time. His trainer tried to breed him for power, but it backed fired and came out as a fuzzy ice ball of fun and hyperness.

-Was intentionally breed for power, but was a failed offspring
-Just loves to roll around and often doesn't pay attention to where he's rolling
-He really has no idea how to use his moves other then Growl
