Another Anime Question

I'm not sure if this has been asked already or not, but i'll ask anyway.

I'll be making my Riolu OC soon and I was wondering, sense in the anime has a Riolu that knows Aura Sphere, would it be alright if my Riolu knows Aura Sphere?

Also considering that the question about using pokemon from the anime has already been asked and I think it was alright to do so, but I ask anyway.

I believe there was an event Riolu with Aura Sphere for one of the Pokemon Ranger games (not sure if it is related to this), but I am not entirely sure of the admins' stances on event moves :C

I know they allowed a spiky ear pichu before like in the event, but they requested a mutation ticket for it. They may do the same for that riolu .-.

I recall something about Event only Moves not being permitted, same as Dream World abilities. It is possible to get them but only with great difficulty in real life.

I'd have to say no to that. Sorry. Like Surfing/ Flying Pikachu, it's not allowed.
