Acceptable Signature Sprite?

Greetings. I was reading about the sprites for the signature and I was wondering; would a moving sprite be acceptable (such as one from Black and White)? An example has been provided below. There is a bit of a slow load time on the sprite, so please bear with me. If you find it is unacceptable, I understand.

It's accepted. ^w^ As long as there aren't any banners or anything that isn't about Epidemic Johto in general, I'm pretty sure that it's accepted.

I was kinda concerned, so I wanted to make sure.

Moving images are ok, as long as there aren't to many in your sig. Some comps of our users -and phones- can't handle all of the moving images. One is fine; more is not.
