History:

Pazu was born to a rich family. Ever since the day he was a tiny Growlithe, he was trained and trained. He never did miss a day of training, and that's because he wasn't aloud to. He was kept in a room with cages, with other pokemon that if he talked to he would get wiped with a rope. He was watched all the time. The family he was in was rich and powerful, but they only collected pokemon and trained them, then sold them to trainers, thus the reason they were in a cage.

As a growlithe, he was taught TM moves and told to attack other pokemon, walls, and sometimes even himself. Yet, even though this rough training, he never gave up. Yet, unknown to his owners, he wasn't using all of his power. He was being nice to the other pokemon, he was letting them go with less pain. As the rich trainers saw he was weak, they threw him out. Yes, simply threw him out of their facility into the real world. He wondered for days, weak and tired. He had never been exposed to the real world.

Then, a small boy had been traveling in the forest and saw the poor Growlithe on the ground, sleeping or knocked out from hunger. He picked up the growlithe, and trotted back home to tell his 'mommy' what he found. His mother quick;y put the Growlithe on a bed and feed him. The next thing he knew, he was on a bed resting and full with food. He had never been better. The boys mother had her doubts about keeping him, but the boy quickly made her thoughts change. They decided to keep the Growlithe.

The boy, soon revealed to be named Charlie, began treating the Growlithe like a brother, and his mother named him Pazu, where his official name came from. Pazu grew to love this family, the food his new mother cooked was great, they loved him greatly, and no cages! Couldn't be better. As the Charlie got older, so did Pazu. They began to train together, though Pazu dreaded it at first. Soon, the Growlithe began to evolve during a training session, and became an Arcanine. That day, Charlie and Pazu's relationship became stronger. Also, that day Pazu was given a brown scarf and brown fedora, because Charlie wanted to look cool and have a sign that he is theirs and not another persons.

Then, the epidemic hit. It hit them almost right away, they heard the news on T.V and hid in their basement of their home. But, the infected found them. Pazu tried to protect them, he really did. But while he fought a couple, some came and dragged his mother and Charlie away, never to be sen again. Once they took Charlie and his mother, they went away since Pazu wasn't willing to give up. Yet, once they went away, Pazu fell unconscious from all the fighting, and when he woke up, they were gone. He now wonders, looking for his family, or the infected that took them.

Appearance:
Pazu is a normal looking Arcanine, he has a brown scarf and brown fedora which often he has to flip back onto his head because it started falling off.

Personality:
Pazu always tries to be kind. He never lets another pokemon or human down, and strives to fulfill his goals. When he makes a mistake or hurts anyone in any way, he apologizes and quickly and tries to make the situation better. Never has he gotten in an argument.

None of your TMs even exist. For ANY generation.
There are no such TMs for Fire Fang and Thunder Fang. They can only be learned naturally. A Growlithe can learn Fire Fang naturally at level 28, but only Arcanine can learn Thunder Fang at Start. He can also learn Fire Fang at Start as an Arcanine.
And for the ExtremeSpeed, only Arcanine can learn it naturally at lvl 39. There is no TM that exists for that either.
Odor Sleuth can be learned either by Growlithe at level 14 or at Start by Arcanine. Please list how he learned it.

Yet, unknown to his owners, he was using all of his power.

If he was using all of his power, then wouldn't they be getting hurt? Or did you mean to say he wasn't using all of his power?

One of the infected knocked him out, and when he woke up, they were gone.

If an infected knocked him out, they would have eaten him while he was unconscious. They wouldn't have just left him alone.

I think it's supposed to be, "2/3 Eden, Pazu". Just want to point that out so in the future I don't go, "23 TICKETS?!".
