In the middle of the city in southwest Unova, a little Ralts wandered through the streets with a small smile on his face. To anyone else, the whole world was being taken over by the infected, as the number of epidemic survivors dwindled down to only a handfull. But to Nemo, the world he knew was being taken over by the nightmares. He was completely unaware that all of this was really happening, and wasn't just another one of his adventures in his dream world of Slumberland where he was the prince.

In Slumberland, his mom was the queen while he was the prince. They would rule the kingdom together and command the dream army, whose main job was to keep the nightmares at bay. The nightmare king was Nemo's dad, whom the Ralts feared. The role of the nightmare king was to torture everyone in their dreams, and even though their efforts were strong, they were no match for the dream army.

But now, Nemo's dream army was lost. Everyone was gone and nowhere to be seen. Even the queen has gone missing, and left the Feeling Pokemon to search for her himself. Nemo's mind was focused on two things. The first was to find the queen, and the second was to rebuild Slumberland's army. When those two goals were completed, he would then make an attemp in finding a princess for Slumberland. But that would have to wait until later.

Aspertia City | Late Morning (1)

Across the roofs of houses appeared a blurred figure, his fur glinting occasionally with gold and white, a godly beauty among his fellow Pokemon. Ahead of him a house was caved in, the roof barely standing, but this was not an obstacle in the least. His speed increased and he slid into the broken roof, his paws sliding effortlessly over the cracked shingles that shattered and fell while he leaped over the ruin, his ebony silver eyes glinting as his paw-pads hit the ground running. A scent called to him on the wind and he turned towards it, his lungs enjoying the rush of air through them while his body gained its exercise for the day. A small creature strode ahead of him, its back to the light and gold Umbreon. Narrowing his eyes, he soared through the air with a smirk upon his face and landed squarely in front of the small Pokemon, his instincts telling him it was not one of them.

A flick of his ear and he felt instantly guilty of his rather rude entrance. "I apologize if I scared you, one can't be too sure of others in these times." A smile tugged at his muzzle as he sat down upon his haunches and titled his head in a confused gesture. "My name is Lux and I am an Umbreon. I know it's rude but, what might you be? I've never seen a Pokemon like you or like any for that matter. I've only just recently been in the outside world." Embarrassment shown within his eyes as he awaited an answer from the clearly young Pokemon.

Nemo almost screamed when something very light in color leaped right in front of him. The thing almost gave him a heart attack. In case of any danger, Nemo was able to attack. But he recognized the species as an Umbreon, a dark type. The Ralts panicked on the inside until he spoke.

"I apologize if I scared you, one can't be too sure of others in these times. My name is Lux and I am an Umbreon. I know it's rude but, what might you be? I've never seen a Pokemon like you or like any for that matter. I've only just recently been in the outside world." He let out a sigh of relief. It wasn't one of the nightmares. Nemo smiled as he introduced himself. "It is very nice to meet you. I am Prince Nemo of Slumberland." He bowed as he said his name. "I am travelling because the dream army has vanished and I need to rebuild it to stop the nightmares from taking over the world. Would you have an interest in joining me?"

Nemo had no idea this wasn't a dream. If Lux told him that, he just wouldn't know how to react.

Another wave of unsettling confusion washed over the Umbreon's body as he listened to the kid speak strangely about some kingdom that he was prince of until finally realization hit him and he began to feel sorry for the poor small one. Lux had no doubt in his mind that the little boy believed he was dreaming and he suddenly knew that he couldn't allow him to think anything else. He had seen what kinds of creatures lurked within the shadows of the world and he didn't want the small one to be hurt by them so Lux made a decision right then and there about what he was going to do.

"Ahh your Grace! How rude of me to not recognize you." Getting to his feet, the beautiful Umbreon took a deep bow, his eyes meeting the Ralt's head on. "I have come to be of assistance. When I heard the kingdom was in danger I found you right away. I would like to become a part of your dream army. I promise to always protect you, if you will have me of course." At this he tipped his head down once more in a sign of respect and smiled to the young one, awaiting his answer.

And it also made him feel safer knowing that the Umbreon would be there to protect him. "Glad to have you on the army, Lux." The Ralts responded with a smile. "With the proper army, the nightmares will be defeated. Obviously, we will need more men, but this is a start. Should we look for others for our dream army, Lux?"

A distant sound pricked his sensitive ears and he turned to look off into the distance, his eyes distracted as the young Ralts talked. Narrowing his eyes, he turned his head and smiled once again to the young Pokemon. "Why don't we take shelter somewhere and try to find something to eat first? You must be hungry Your Grace." With those words he stood and swished his tail, the sound of something still pricking his mind and making him a little uneasy with the young Pokemon with him. Despite his playing along with Nemo's fantasy, he was still going to protect the young one in anyway he could. He wanted to do everything he could to make his sister and Ralen's spirit proud and he knew that if he protects others and becomes a kindred spirit, he would be doing just that.

Nemo took note of Lux's suggestion for shelter and food. He was about to answer his question about whether or not he was hungry, but his stomach answered his question for him. His cheeks grew a little red from embarassment. "Hehe, guess I am hungry..." He mused to the Umbreon. "I'm taking shelter in the Pokemon Center over there," The Ralts said, pointing in the direction of the red roof building. "All who join the dream army are welcome to take shelter in there, so you could join me in there." Nemo began walking towards the Center, motioning for Lux to follow him.

Silently he nodded to the young creature and began to follow him into the Pokemon Center. As Nemo opened the door and went inside, Lux found himself staring into the city, something catching his eye and giving him a glimpse of black before darting away. Gritting his teeth he flicked his tail and followed Nemo inside, his nose inhaling for any signs of food within. Not smelling anything worth eating, he padded to the younger Pokemon and tipped his head down to his level. "I don't smell anything worth eating in here. Do you mind if I got out for a bit and find us some food? I promise I won't leave you alone for long." Lux's smile lit up his face as asked this of Nemo. To tell you the truth, he wanted to find food and to scope out what was seeming to stalk the two Pokemon. Actually for a while now something had been following Lux but he had yet to find it.

(I hope this is alright Radio ^^ If not I will change it.)

Nemo opened the door and went inside to the Pokemon Center he has been using as a hideout from the nightmares. He looked back as the Umbreon tipped his head down to the Ralts' level. "I don't smell anything worth eating in here. Do you mind if I got out for a bit and find us some food? I promise I won't leave you alone for long." Lux was right. Nemo had looked at his food supply earlier, and there wasn't really anything worth eating. That was actually the reason he was outside of the shelter earlier when he ran into Lux; he was looking for food. "Funny thing about that. Before you ran into me, I was actually out looking for food. I guess it slipped my mind." Nemo chuckled a little bit before answering Lux's question. "Take as much time as you need. The more we can gather, the better."

Smiling, he bowed to the young Ralts before bounding off in the opposite direction, his nose searching out a food source. "See you soon!" He called out as he made his way atop a building to look down on the city below. A flicker of movement caught his gaze and he bounded towards the shadowy figure, his eyes narrowed. Finally gazing down at the pitiful creature below he jumped down in front of it and watched as the flightless Pidove tried in vain to crawl towards him. Padding in a circle around it, he finished it off with his Faint Attack and continued on his way to find food.

A few minutes later he came across an old house and peeked inside, his acute sense of smell picking up something delicious. Padding farther in he found a small case of Pokemon food and picked it up in his strong jaws. Bounding back to Nemo he caught movement once again in the corner of his eye but when he looked it was gone. Eyes narrowed, the gold and white Umbreon padded back through the door to the Pokemon Center and deposited his finding in front of his new friend. "Food time." He smiled as he broke open the case and pushed some food towards his new friend. "You go ahead and eat. I'll have whatever you don't want."

The sun was nothing compared to the glorious being that was the fire moth, the six winged angel of fire gliding effortlessly across the lit sky and blotting out much of the lesser's light. He was greater than the sun, his fires burning with more intensity and more glory than it could ever achieve on this planet. He was it's GOD. His ember scales fell in graceful sparks of fire as he flapped his glorious wings, lighting much of the city beneath him aflame. Yes, the life of a god was glorious.

So as the Sun God flew across his domain a curious sight caught his attention, a white glimmer reflecting the false sun's light back at him. Angered by this defiance he settled on a rooftop nearby to watch a white Umbreon and pathetic little Ralts scavenging. As the white pelt of the moon pokemon kept glinting at him the moth became more and more enraged, furious that this creature would dare prefer the false sun to him. Without warning he unleashed a Bug Buzz, the horrifying high pitched sound filling the streets and causing the pair to wince and writhe in pain, vainly attempting to cover their ears.

Dropping down from the roof he summoned a Flame Wheel and circled the duo, creating a ring of fire before landing in the middle of it. "You..." he chittered noisily, unleashing another Bug Buzz when the Umbreon tried to retaliate. "You dare to defy me?!" Glowing red eyes narrowed at the traitorous vulpine before suddenly the moth was on top of him, biting viciously into his skin with a Bug Bite. The Umbreon was writhing in pain, his dark typing not suited for defense against the bug, and he wrapped his legs around the male before taking off into the air and back to the roof, leaving the Ralts alone.

    For now.

Looking at his victim Volcarona felt a sadistic need well up inside him that erupted in the form of a terrible laugh. "Hahaha! You think you are special little white rabbit?" the moth questioned as he gripped the struggling Umbreon in his legs, proboscis poised to strike. "Your freakish color merely made you an easier target!" A loud cackle erupted from Volcarona as he decided to let his victim in on a little secret. "You are no match for the glory of a GOD!" With a wicked gleam in his eyes he sank his sharp mouth into the pathetic creature, listening to it scream and screech in pain as he began to drink from it. He wrapped his wings around his prey, feeling it heat up and the organs beginning to bubble and melt as they too soon slid into his haustellum.

As the ragged pelt went limp, skin barely clinging to bone, he crushed what was left of the bones before letting it drop from the rooftop and setting his sights on the small Ralts. It had been unable to escape his ring of fire and had been burned more than once in his attempts to escape. He laughed as the child saw him coming, once again descending from the roof to land within the middle of the ring. "And what of you?" he queried, not even phased when the child tried to hit him with a Psyshock. "Is that the best you can do?" But when he used a Teleport to escape the fire the Sun God grew furious rather than playful and blasted his Heat Wave, the fires around him increasing the temperature and knocking the Ralts to the ground.

"That," he began, soon looming over the small child, "was a very bad idea." Much as he had with the Umbreon the moth's mouth soon found its way into the writhing body beneath him, unleashing another Heat Wave as he fed. The child's body near melted to the ground and there wasn't much to feed on so soon he had to pull away, looking at only a white stain on the pavement that had once been a Ralts. With his glory now restored he didn't need to worry about these infidels and allowed his massive wings to take him to the sky, ember scales falling onto the bodies of his victims and catching flame before finally sizzling out.

The Sun God was in his domain once more, the skies defiant false sun hiding as it should behind a cover of clouds.
