User Note- They're often misunderstood, thought to be bringers of death and bad prophecies. Their orbs glow with a crimson light, much like dying stars in the distance. They're thought to be rare by humans. They were often hunted out of fear, so the clans have learned to stay away from people.
They fly mostly at night, hunting over water and shores. They have large wingspans, but no forearms. They can fold up their wings and walk on all fours, albeit a bit clumsily. Their hind feet have powerful talons on them though, which they use to grab their prey, much like eagles do. They can control the weather like their prevos, but not to the same extent, as their abilities moved more to the dark element.

They're quite the special ATK power-houses, but since Dragonites are pseudo-legendaries, I figured they need to be super-powerful. Loosely based on the Night Fury from How to Train Your Dragon. I pulled most of their attacks and stats from Dragonite, Dragonair and Hydreigon, which is the only dragon/dark that I know of. I also took out some of the attacks that require strong forearms, seeing as how this one has wings rather than arms. Less fighting type attacks as well and more dark type attacks. Also based on old-school versions of wyverns, with winged forearms.

    Notes:

I would suggest switching the shiny and the normal images. The purple you have for the normal of Dragumbra is very close to the shiny color for Dratini and Dragonair, and the darker version makes more sense when thinking of the blues the other two have. It's also a closer color to the dragon and dark colors, as opposed to the other purple.

Signature move implies that not many or only a pokemon can learn this move, like Lucario and Aura Sphere, Lugia and Aeroblast, etc. The moves you chose are not applicable. You could just use "None".

The evolution method is not enough for an alternative evolution, meaning it can be performed in the games. I like keeping the lvl 55 evolution, but perhaps a different item utelized in a different way the games haven't used? Maybe, since it's possible in our universe, have it hold two items instead of just one?

Dark Void is Darkrai's signature move, so I would not allow it to be in a moveset.

Hone Claws would be innapropriate for this pokemon, as it has no claws and none of its preevolutions can learn it. This is also true for:
    Dragon Claw
    Cut

    Revise and I'll look again.

Great ideas, Lugia, I changed it.~
I was wondering though, since good dark type items are lacking in the main games, could I maybe have it hold a Dark Sphere while level up at 55?
The dark sphere is in PMD, and it's a held item.
    http://www.serebii.net/dungeon2/croagunk.shtml

Do you think it would be canon enough?
And if it's too good of an item/too hard to find in the RP world, any of the dark type held items listed there would work too.~
(lol, I never quite understood the darkglasses, and how the pokemon managed to hold it without looking silly. But they're the only hold item for dark types ><)

Oooh! Or maybe even a dread plate shard!~
That is a good dark-hold item, and would be easier to find in RP.
    ^ Likes that one best.

I like the idea of the Dark Sphere, personally, because it could have fused to become the new orbs on the Fakemon.

I only have a couple question about the wings/arms, though. Are they folded or are they more like flippers? Are they feathers or scales (or both, even, lol)? It is hard to tell from the pose.

The rest seems to have been edited appropriately. I'll vote up once a consensus has been made on method of evolution.

Great, I'll go with whatever evo method you guys like most.~
And the wings are kinda like flippers, but they're actually folded up, so its wing span is larger than what is seen.
Its older design, just to see an example of its wings unfolded He's all scaled, as well.
