|History||Orobas, although one of hr older of Armonia's sons and spent more time in the herd, refuses to remember much of the past. The young Ponyta was a quiet, much more serious one, spending his days determined to become stronger. He wanted to one day lead the herd, like his mother, and had set his sights on evolving first to showcase wis strength.|
In a training session he wandered about the meadows, running as fast as he could to strengthen his legs. Orobas leaped and bucked, kicking imaginary opponents until suddenly a large Tyrannitar attacked him, pummeling the poor foal to the ground before he was trapped within a red-and-white orb. As he was released from his pokeball the horse found himself face to face with a woman, covered with dark cloaks and leather garbs. A scowl of distaste adorned her shadowed complexion, and soon he was put to work.
From the moment he was captured the Ponyta was trained to the bone, every single moment of his life taken by battle sessions and running laps. The only rest he was given was the occasional naps that lasted for only an hour, and the food his new owner gave him was barely enough to keep up with his body's needs. Numerous times Orobas was near-death, exhausted and weak from his new routines, but the woman was always able to heal him one way or another. Usually with human machines and potions.
Soon he had evolved, at a younger age than he would've naturally in the wild. The girl was certainly please by his larger size, equipping him with horse gear and bags, Orobas had become the human's new mount. From that moment he was use solely to carry luggage and transportation, which was his trainer's intentions from the start. [His pre-evolution form was much to small and frail, however.] The woman soon turned out to be a Pokemon thief, stealing other's Pokeballs and their companions when they weren't looking, and the many bags on the Rapidash's bag had carried them. Almost everyday was spent with him galloping away from the police, his owner on top of him ushering him to run faster.
When the Epidemic began, his owner saw it as a chance to grab as many Pokemon as she can. Spending her days snatching the abandoned and released, soon she had created an army of monsters that followed her command, all too confused and fearful to do anything else. However, this 'prosperous' reign only lasted for a week, before her army turned on her and brutally murdered her. Orobas, although he knew that this was coming, was shocked, because although this human had abused him she was still his master. Fiercely loyal and protective, the Rapidash began to defend his trainer's corpse, alongside her Tyrannitar.
It was impossible though, the masses of infected were much to large, and they were forced to retreat. Arriving to a much safer place, the Tyrannitar had also brought along his Pokeball. Telling Orobas that he will need a long rest, and to wake him up when he's really needed, the behemoth triggered the Pokeball and was absorbed within. The Rapidash understood, placing the orb in one of his bags, and set off to the Outskirt Stand in the distance.
|Appearance||A bit more muscled than the average Rapidash, Orobas stands tall and proud. His back and neck adorned with bags, leather straps, vials, an unknown Pokemon Pelt, and a saddle, he is used to the heavy load he carries. He has brown stocking on three of his legs, and a snip over his nostrils to his lips. The horse's eyes are a pretty blue, tainted by the light of his fires to a sunset-like gradient.|
|Personality||Very overly loyal, Orobas would never think once about betraying his comrades. Although a much more silent character, he likes to make friends, but is simply too socially awkward to. This Rapidash doesn't get frustrated easily, but when he does, he will buck and dash--hitting and knocking over whatever may be in his path. He is very wary of everything and everyone, scared that someone might be infected and turn on him. He is a skilled fighter, but prefers to flee or help from a distance. Orobas has a strong love for poetry, his owner having read snippets of them during their travels. He still vividly remembers his parents and siblings, and misses them from time to time.|
*Er, I just realized he's missing his leg flames. I'll add that in when I find the time.*
