The new character sheet template

Attempting to download the format gave me two viruses and wouldn't let me access the data without permanently changing my web browser, homepage and toolbars.
Is there anywhere else I could get the template?

I got it from Quoting someone's character sheet and then simply replacing their character's information with my own c;

There are several download links on the share page that don't actually go to the template download. They will load malware onto your computer if you are not careful because it is an open server.

Just click on the link that says 'Click here to start download from sendspace' and make sure when you hover over it is says 'SingleCharacterSheet.doc'

Do we need to use the new template?
Its very confusing, and I don't understand the things like 'age in human years' as i don't usually think about that.

Age in human years is how old is the character. One human year is 7 years to dogs (I think, or something along those lines) and so when you call your dog an age, most people say it in human years, the don't say there dog is 14, they say it's 2, Pokémon are similar, they may age differently to humans, and so like a dog, their years are different to ours. That means how old are they to us, not them.
